Welcome to the very first online presence of The Wild Bunch, which we all know, is the World’s Greatest Fan Club of the Chicago Cubs. For those of you that have been card carrying members of The Wild Bunch for any length of time, you may recognize the man in the photo above as Wayne Hall, original founding member and the first President of The Wild Bunch, he was also my father. I grew up with The Wild Bunch people and parties all around me since I was in high school, so I am no stranger to life with The Wild Bunch. This photo was taken on August 14, 2018, when my dad walked me to the pitchers mound at Wrigley, tossed me the ball and then I proceeded to throw out the first pitch. What a dream come true for both my dad and I. I grew up in that ballpark and I still sit in the very same season ticket seats today that my dad and his wife Jan first bought in 1981. My dad taught me everything I know and love about baseball and the Cubs, so it was only fitting that I should carry on the tradition of something my dad started and loved so very much. I am so excited to announce that this has come full circle, my name is Shellie Hall, and I am the new President of The Wild Bunch.
